Customer Service Advisor Job Role
The primary role of Customer Service Advisor is to provide support both internally and to customers. Therefore, this job role can be fairly varied depending on the needs on a week-to-week basis. However, key duties will include:
- Taking orders from customers
- Answering the phone
- Customers queries
- Dealing with complaints
- Equipment and branding ordering
- Looking after sales team
- General customer service and administrative duties
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
Tugo is based in Adderbury, four miles outside Banbury, so transport may be necessary.
To succeed in this particular role you’ll need to be well organized. You should also be a confident communicator, as this role will involve constant interaction with a range of different people and personalities.
